Free Class: Hire Write – Finding, vetting, and hiring literary professionals

Posted on August 12, 2021August 12, 2021 by Tenesha L. Curtis, M.S.S.W.

Ready to hire a proofreader, developmental editor, illustrator, or other book specialist? Great. But how do you do it without getting scammed? We’ll hit the high points in the hour-long session!

You can ask any questions you have and learn all about what you need based on where you are along the book development process.

For example, many newbie’s think that proofreading and copy editing are the same service. So, when they ask for one and get the other they either (1) have no idea anything is wrong or (2) get upset because they didn’t get what they were looking for.

This kind of situation is easily avoidable with a little education.
